I live in the US and whenever I look for calling cards they either have them to mexico or asia, never for europe. So can I use one that is used for Asia to call Europe?

Skype Users need help... please.?

Ok first of all i have like 4 diffrent questions... 1. Ok I live here in the USA and i have family who lives in Mexico i usually buy prepaid cards which are like 5 bucks and now i hear about skype (being the best of all Voip-did my HW) i hear there international calls to Mex are like 3 cents or something so what do u think is better phonecards or just get skype? .. no they do not have skype and they do have pc's just dial up so i heard u need broadband to work properly.. so i am dialing to landline only ( i belive is called skype out). 2. Has anyone had problems with International calls using Skype? 3. is that really true that u need high speed internet to use voip or does dial up work cuz they got kinda slow speed but last time i went they had ethernet cables which i assume is not dial up i guess is dsl but it was kinda slow... idk its weird there. 4. Not to get myself all confused but i been hearing all this new technology like 3G and wifi phones using VOIP... ??? hmmm.
